Terms
4l.vc Terms of Use
These terms set out the conditions for using 4l.vc (the “Service”), a URL shortener run by ASHIKA Group (“we”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. This English version is a reference translation; if it differs from the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails.
1. The Service
The Service replaces a URL with a short URL of 5 to 8 random characters and sends anyone who opens the short URL to the original one. No sign-up is needed and there is no charge. Links do not expire, but we may change or end the Service.
2. What you must not do
- Use it for fraud or phishing (tricking people out of passwords, card numbers and the like)
- Spread malware or unwanted software
- Use it for spam, or create large numbers of links automatically
- Point to anything illegal, against public order, or infringing others' rights
- Hide where a link goes in order to deceive people
- Put excessive load on the Service or misuse how it works
3. Stopping links
We may stop, without notice, any link we judge to fall under section 2 or likely to do so. Stopped links may not be restored.
4. Disclaimer
We are not responsible for the content at a link's destination. We are not liable for damage caused by the Service stopping or links no longer working, except in cases of intent or gross negligence on our part.
5. Changes
We may change these terms. Changed terms take effect when they are posted on this page.
6. Governing law and court
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Osaka District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute about the Service.
Effective October 9, 2026.
